The Transition Campaign is the membership drive for UAPGA1011. Kicking off in July and extended until the 15th of September, the target of the campaign is to bring together Architecture graduates from all over the Philippines, and have them be part of the organization.


GUIDELINES TO SIGNING UP
1. SECURE AND FILL UP THE APPLICATION FORM, which is available for download here, at the UAPGA Facebook page, or via request at uapga2010.2011@gmail.com.

2. SUBMIT YOUR FORM to uapga2010.2011@gmail.com.

3. PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE personally to any member of the UAPGA1011 National Board, or may be deposited:
      ACCOUNT NAME : UAP - Graduate Auxiliary
      ACCOUNT NO. : 470 - 800 - 6013
      BANK BRANCH : BDO - Sct. Limbaga, Tomas Morato Branch
Should the payment be personally given to a member of the Board, an acknowledgement receipt should be given to the applicant in order to validate the payment.

4. SCAN AND SEND your deposit slip or acknowledgement receipt and send to uapga2010.2011@gmail.com. Send your deposit number to the National Treasurer via the contact number listed in the form. NO DEPOSIT SLIP, NO MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT MADE.

5. A confirmation e-mail shall be sent to you upon the reception of the deposit slip. You can also check your membership here.
